Littleover Multiple Bathroom Project

Full Bathroom Renovation Project – Heatherton Village
This project in Heatherton Village involved the complete transformation of two bathrooms within the same property — a main family bathroom and an ensuite — both designed to complement each other while serving different functions within the home.
The works began by stripping both rooms back to their core structure, allowing for a full redesign of the layouts and a complete upgrade of plumbing and electrics. This approach ensured everything was built from the ground up with longevity, performance, and finish in mind.
Family Bathroom
The main bathroom was designed to feel open, calming, and slightly more luxurious — a space to unwind as much as it is to use day-to-day.
A freestanding bath was positioned as the focal point, framed by subtle vertical LED lighting to create depth and atmosphere. This was paired with a raised platform detail, incorporating concealed LED lighting beneath to give the bath a floating effect.
Large-format porcelain tiles were used throughout, keeping grout lines minimal and creating a clean, seamless finish. The neutral tones help reflect light around the room while maintaining a warm, modern feel.
A wall-hung vanity unit with integrated lighting adds both practicality and a soft ambient glow, while maintaining a clutter-free look. The overall finish is simple but highly considered, with every element aligned for balance and symmetry.
Ensuite Bathroom
The ensuite follows the same design language but is tailored for everyday efficiency and ease of use.
A walk-in shower with a clean glass enclosure creates a streamlined, open feel, while the use of the same large-format tiles ensures continuity between both rooms.
The built in toilet and vanity unit keep the floor space open, enhancing the sense of space in a more compact room. A backlit mirror introduces softer lighting, complementing the natural light from the window and adding to the overall atmosphere.
Finishing Touches
Across both rooms, attention to detail was key — from precise tile alignment to the integration of lighting and concealed elements. The combination of warm LED lighting, soft neutral tones, and clean lines results in two bathrooms that feel cohesive, modern, and built to last.
