Scope of Work:
- Complete demolition of existing room back to brick
- Removal of old tiles and plasterwork
- Installation of all new plumbing and electrics
- Fitting of a new wet room floor
- Installation of new plasterboards and plastered ceiling
- Supply of all tiles and sanitaryware by Porcelanosa
- Utilization of matt black sanitaryware complemented by grey stone effect tiles
The wet room renovation project in Heanor involved a thorough renovation that began with stripping the room back to its brick structure. This allowed for a clean slate to implement the client's vision of a modern and functional wet room.
The removal of old tiles and plasterwork made way for the installation of all new plumbing and electrics, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. A new wet room floor was fitted, enhancing the room's usability and contemporary aesthetic.
New plasterboards and a plastered ceiling were added to provide a fresh, uniform surface for further enhancements. All tiles and sanitaryware were meticulously supplied by Porcelanosa.
